When making your reservation with us, consider that you are accepting the following regulations pertaining to the resort, which under no circumstances will the owners of the apartment be held responsible:

1) mandatory use of bracelets to have access to the common areas (delivered at the reception of the clubhouse)
2) personal security (escorts) cannot enter common areas, they can only be outside the residential
3) Every motor vehicle must be driven by an adult with a permit issued by traffic safety
4) Visits are not allowed either in the apartment or in the common areas

Table of fines according to infraction:
A) the use of coolers and towels other than white in the pool is prohibited:
$3,000 2nd warning (we will provide you with the right towels)
B) the use of inflatables greater than 120 cm is not allowed:
$3,000 2nd warning
C) Do not hang towels or clothes on the outside (railings, balconies or windows): $3,000 2nd warning.
D)Alter the tranquility of the condominiums or excessive noise (parties):
$5,000 2nd warning.
E) Throw trash around balconies and spit on neighbors' terraces:
$5,009 2nd warning.
F) Drive at speeds greater than 25 km/hr in the parking lot: $2,000 2nd warning.
G) use of common areas without bracelets $1,500 per person
H) park in a foreign place or destined or reserved: $2,000 2nd warning
